Through philanthropy, volunteerism and strategic partnerships, we leverage our talent, resources and scale to lift those around us.
We provide our staff and management team members with one paid day off to volunteer at charitable organizations important to them and our communities, plus a matching program for charitable donations (up to $1,000 US annually) with additional special benefits for our most active givers. The program also encourages our team members to participate in wellness activities throughout the year.
We’ve thoughtfully entered partnerships with respected organizations focused on building a more equitable society for the next generation in the areas of advocacy and civil rights, basic human needs, education and workforce development.
Our UK and Ireland team has formed working relationships with organizations that assist in the promotion of individuals who often face barriers in accessing employment due to their unique characteristics and through lack of awareness of their skills, adaptation needs and their experiences.
